Weekly and bi-weekly home watch visits
We conduct a thorough inspection of your entire property inside and out during every single visit. Comprehensive interior and exterior include, but are not limited to:
Interior
- Check for obvious leaks around toilets, sinks, showers, dishwashers, and washing machines.
- Look for visual signs of mold, storm damage, or pest activity as part of your property checks.
- Inspect the water heater for any noticeable leaks during your house check.
- Examine ceilings and floors for signs of water entry to ensure everything is in order.
- Check doors and windows for signs of a break-in, and confirm that all are securely locked, including garage doors, as part of your property watch.
- Verify that interior climate controls are functioning within specified parameters.
- Check the refrigerator and freezer.
- Test smoke detectors and change the batteries as needed to maintain safety.
- Mail and package collection.
Exterior
- Check windows and doors for visible damage.
- Perform property checks to assess the grounds for broken tree limbs, standing water, and any obvious damage to windows, screens, fences, etc.
- Removal of driveway advertisements, newspapers, and other distractions to maintain a neat appearance.
